It is the responsibility of the passenger to:

Complete a verbal authorization with an agent at Jubilee Travel.
Confirm that names are correct as per documents for travel. Jubilee Travel will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred if names on travel documents do not match names you have advised for your reservation.
Review your confirmation that will be sent via email or fax, along with the Conditions of the respective Tour Operator.
Ensure you have received your Electronic Ticket Prior to departure. If you haven't please contact our office immediately
Know that cancellation penalties are as per the Terms & Conditions of the Tour Operator.
Ensure that sufficient documentation is obtained for travel abroad. Canadian Citizens must show proof of citizenship (original birth certificate or citizenship card) and official identity card with picture for destination where passport or visas are not required. The names on these two documents must be the identical, or a third piece of ID (marriage certificate or notarized letter) must be obtained.Passports must have sufficient validity required for travel (6 months validity on passport from return date). Landed Immigrants or non-Canadian citizens must carry a valid passport and valid Permanent Residency Card. Know that standards of living and practices that exist outside of Canada are very different from those we have at home. Jubilee Travel strongly encourages you to research everything that may potentially affect your trip (i.e. weather, travel advisories, documentation requirements and vaccinations). It is solely your decision to travel on the attached itinerary. Jubilee Travel will not be held responsible for any losses incurred. We recommend visiting Voyage.gc.ca.

Cruise Line Express Check-in / Pre-registration: With your Cruise Line Booking / Confirmation Number, Ship & Sailing date you can access the online form and enter the required pre-clearance information. Please click on the cruise line you are sailing with: Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, Norwegian Cruises & Holland America (you will have to create an on-line account with Holland America before proceeding to the pre-registration).

Tax or Fees Imposed byCruise Line or Airline: If cost factors dictate the need for an increase, the airlines or cruise lines may do so at anytime prior to departure. Refer to your Tour Operator's Terms & Conditions for further details.

Baggage Allowance: Please check with your airline or reservations agent regarding the baggage allowance and restrictions as some airlines charge for 1st bag or refer to the tour operator's Terms & Conditions. Charter Airlines allow: 2 pieces of checked luggage not exceeding 20kgs and 1 carry-on not exceeding 5kgs

Ticket Delivery: Ticket delivery is per the terms and conditions of the tour operator. Tickets are generally sent to Jubilee Travel from the supplier, 2 weeks prior to your departure date, and you will be notified when tickets have arrived to our office. Please refer to the Document Delivery section of your confirmation to see how your tickets will be delivered.

Child Documentation: Passengers must arrange any special documentation, which may be required for minors traveling out of country with single parent, one parent or guardian(usually notarized letter)

Connecting Flight Waiver: Whenever consumers book connecting flights, they must allow sufficient time to make the connection. No control can be exercised over airline carriers to guarantee flight schedules, which may be altered or affected by various circumstances. All connecting flight reservations are made at the risk of the consumer, who hereby agrees to assume the cost of any loss in the event of a change to the original flight schedule. Jubilee Travel cannot be held liable for damages or additional fees incurred by consumers owing to a missed flight connection, whatever the reason. The appropriate insurance has been offered.

Cancellation Fees: In addition to any Tour Operator's penalties, all files cancelled will incur a penalty of $50 per person, Jubilee Travel administration fee.

Final Payment: Will automatically be applied to the mentioned credit card on the "Balance To Be Applied" Date. If there are any changes you must contact our documents department at least 1 week prior to the due date.

Terms & Conditions: If you require a brochure containing Terms & Conditions, hotel or ship descriptions and inclusions please request with your Jubilee Travel Reservations Agent. If you have internet access please visit the tour operator's websites.

Expectant Mothers: Must consult a physician and obtain written confirmation that they are accept able for travel. If you are pregnant you must notify your travel agent immediately as you may not be allowed to travel.
